I got no article to refer you to, but it is rumored that two cars with Middle Easterners were observed drivng around LA area's oil refineries filming. 911 was called and a one car was pulled over by sheriff deputies out of the Carson office. The result was several people being taken by the Fed's.

Well here in NJ....there were suspicious looking men taking pictures of Round Valley Reservoir/Hunterdon County a few months ago....rumor had it that the cops took care of the situation......then these giant concrete cinder blocks were installed at every gate along with trunks parked in front of them.....Nothing was ever mentioned in the local papaers about this.
