Well, I have no idea what it takes to move up in ranking at Amazon. I know it needs to sell, but how many sales it takes to move from 1.3 Million to 50,000 is anyone's guess. Maybe there's a whole bunch that neve sell any!

When it get up into the hundreds ... I'll figure it's cranking.

If you are at 60,000 at Amazon that is quite respectable. You are selling at a level of your average list title in a chain bookstore. The best my book, The Way of the Wolf reached on a consistent basis was the low 30's.

In any case, congrats on having the guts to see through the long and laborious process of seeing a novel through from the idea stage to publication.
