Jeff, do you have a preference for how copies of your book are ordered? Would you prefer orders from your location, or is amazon.com a preferred venue? Do you know if Borders carries it?

I don't know about borders. They are owned by Amazon.

Either my site or Amazon are fine with me, although Barnes and Nobles carries it online too.

Amazon has credit card ordering and helps woith the rankings that larger publishers are looking at.

My site allows for signatures and what not, has to deal with snail mail delivery but gets a little donation from each book to FR (5.00).

Your choice.
