Jeff, you don't have to be very big to take plastic. It really doesn't cost you very much if you use one of the many credit card services. The service performs the transaction for you, and forwards the money after deducting their fee. This takes most of the headaches out of it.

A friend of mine does this, and he only takes in two - three thousand per month.

You probably already know about this. If so, in the words of one of the great philosophers from SNL, "never mind!"

I really don't know much about those services at all.

Someone referred me to the outfit that is doing the "Ebook" transactions, but they will not do anything that has to be shipped, only electronic transfers.

I guess I'd best look into it.
