I can tell you that Queensryche's EMPIRE tells another story. There is a family element to the band and some religious overtones but they tended to rip on the Bush administration in the late 80s and early 90s. I am a fan of theirs but barely since they have decided to release one pile of crap after another the last 3 releases. --------------------------------------
They also took potshots at the Reagan administration on Operation Mindcrime. I felt some of the criticism of Reagan and Bush was legitimate, if not all of it.
