He 'pete, I admit that I try to keep a sunny disposition but it the realist in me which inspired that last sentence: If they take no action, by their silence they acquiesce and become renegades themselves. I posted to Travis last week that the term "representative republic" no longer describes America. We have become a "popular aristocracy", or perhaps an "administrative dictatorship" and the constitution merely an impediment to be overcome in the pursuit of agendas unsanctioned by that document.

A VERY good observation,and I think we are actually both. One hand is washing the other.
