Just so you know, the words "probably", and "guess", used in the way I used them would indicate to the educated reader that I was speculating. There was no need for you to point it out.

So your theory is that the Mafia wouldn't allow him to take his money out of the bank? That would be very kind of them considering the fact that if he had taken the money out of the bank it would probably be in their hands now rather than his heirs.
