American farmers feed the world. I hate to break it to you, but American farmers no longer even feed America. We do sell a lot of subsidized grain, but we have now become a net food importer, especially meat.
I hate to admit it but I also that. Government regulations have destroyed our farmers. New regulations daily make it impossible for the American farmer to support his family. We have 40 acres with nothing on it; we cannot afford to continue losing our capital. Sure hate to think of that this beautiful spring morning. Guess I will go plant some flowers; then come back in and bump the thread a couple of more times.
