Well, I pray they will fall on the right agent. Let us put it this way: if they want to nail them, they can do it any time on any suspicious answer. However, like most government certification interviews and exams, intelligent agents will genraly look to see if some basic key requirements and corroborations make any sense. After they get this reassurance, they won't look up the details much. Others though are real pain in the arse.

Ironicaly my interviews went best when I did it alone without the help of a lawyer. Lawyers are a real pain and often in bed with the INS for favors. So usualy they end up being so accomodating they end up making your case look bad. At least that was the case for me. My lawyer was getting yelled at by the INS officer and I had actualy to step in and defend her: pathetic.

Fortunately, I think we've got a very good one. He's older, been the president of various Immigration Lawyer Associations, and seems a genuinely good guy that wants to help us.

Bottom line is that it's in God's hands - He can pull ANYTHING out of the fire. And honestly, I don't really see any problems with this. It's been a real pain putting all the paperwork and physicals and everything else together, but I think we'll be fine. ESPECIALLY with a solid covering of prayer from you folks.

Thanks again!!!
