We know from the Florida Pres. election that over 60% of the felons are Democrats yet journalists never say, 'John Doe, a Democrat who voted for Gore, works for PAW and joined the KKK in the 50s, assaulted and robbed a clerk last Friday.....'

I wonder what the libertarian perspective is on this kind of situation? Did the police "initiate" the use of force when they stopped the prof from following his normal route, and then he rationally retaliated? Or did the prof initiate the use of force when he charged forward after being told to go back?
