URGENT CALL TO ACTION -- CONTACT CONGRESSMAN HOSTETTLER TODAY!
Legislation has been introduced in the U.S. Congress to protect the rights of law-abiding gun owners by stopping reckless lawsuits against the firearms and ammunition industry which attempt to hold them civilly liable for the criminal actions of others. In dozens of cities across the country, anti-gun big city mayors and liberal trial lawyers are teaming up to destroy the firearms industry through the courts and blame violence on gun and ammo makers rather than criminals.
H.R. 2037 WILL STOP THESE JUNK LAWSUITS IN THEIR TRACKS.
THAT`S WHY IT`S CRITICAL THAT YOU CONTACT U.S. REPRESENTATIVE JOHN HOSTETTLER TODAY if you live in his district, AND URGE HIM TO CO-SPONSOR H.R. 2037, and join over 215 Members of Congress who are already co-sponsoring this critical bill. Representative Hostettler`s contact information is listed at the bottom of this page.
Every pro-gun U.S. Representative from Indiana EXCEPT Representative Hostettler has co-sponsored this badly needed bill. Representative Hostettler has expressed concerns about the creation of a list of protected companies and dealers, but this excuse is unfounded since lists of gun dealers and manufacturers already exist and are available to the public through the federal Bureau of Alcohol, Tobacco and Firearms (BATF) since they are Federal Firearms Licensees (FFLs).

I know his family and went to High Scholl with an older brother of his. They are principled people.
