Once the Republican primary is over, the Republican voters of Tennessee
must unite to defeat Clement. Clement will enjoy the luxuary of not having to fight a primary opponent and the Democrat Party and Democrat voters in Tennessee will be united in complete solidarity.
Once the primary is over, we must get over petty bickering and work together to elect the Republican candidate to the U.S. Senate.
If we act like children and continue infighting because "our guy" didn't win, we will help Bob Clement get elected and help push Tom Daschle's liberal agenda. Then we could help welcome the the new Democrat President in 2004. Strange sounding, but it is very possible. Think of the consequences before threatening to "take the ball home" if you don't get your way.

That's right. Fight like hell for Bryant in the primary, but ultimately, just send us a damn Pubbie Senator, so we can confirm four good SCOTUS justices. It doesn't matter if you send a vegetable Senator to DC, as long as it's a Republican vegetable.
People accuse me of being a Bush shill, but as I see it, we need to give it this last effort. If we give the GOP both houses and the Presidency, and they still don't at least deliver us a SCOTUS that will uphold the Constitution, that's the time to start talking mutiny.
