All I know is that I'm freezing my toes off here on the California Central Coast, and it's not supposed
to be like that at this time of the year. Spring is our only consistently sunny season, and this year, no Spring.

I wonder what effect an increase in temperature globally would have on the evaporation rate from the oceans and other bodies of water, and if it would remain in the atmosphere in the form of increased cloudiness to 1) lower seal level and 2) reflect sunlight back into space, lowering the temperature.
