I don't know how many states have lieutenant governors, but he just dissed all of them, including all the Dims.

Oh she's a real winner all right! She sponsored a bill making VOLUNTARY community service MANDATORY in order to get a high school diploma. This program is so perverted that what counts as community service is totally unrecognizable by any one with common sense.
