Did Rep. Cynthia McKinney go too far in her radio interview? Yes. Like Sen. Miller said, her remarks are "dangerous." 87% 2570 No. This is a free country. She has a right to give her opinion. 13% 382 Total Votes 2952
TOPICS: Activism/Chapters; Government
KEYWORDS:
Let's get the numbers against her up over 95%

For a while, I was able to keep voting. Then they must have caught me - after about a half dozen votes.
BTW, rather than saying her comments were "dangerous", as Zell Miller has said, I prefer the comments on Brit Hume's program tonight on FNC - that her comments were VILE!!!

Just close the window and go back in, it works!

Just close the window and go back in, it works! I figured that out all on my own, and I was part of the effort to get it up over 88%. Will keep going.

Are they asking if she had the right to express her deeply held feelings? Would they have rather she kept them to herself and her constituents and not have been made so public?

Did you know that for everyone in this country with an IQ over 120, there is a counterweight human form with an IQ under 80?
To: mrfixit514
Actually there is no conflict between her having the right to express her opinions, and those opinions being evidence that she's short a few tacos short of a combo plate. Nor does it conflict with a Congresswoman making such remarks being "dangerous". She has, she is and they are.

Well, she's consistent. This refers to Kosovo.
Any talk of peace or a cease fire is encouraging. We need to cut our losses and
exchange bombs for peace mediators. Bill Clinton has taken one step too many on the
slippery slope towards war. Is this the way NATO wants to celebrate it's Fiftieth
Anniversary, bombing civilians in an undeclared war for constantly changing goals?"
asks Congresswoman McKinney.

As they say in Florida, vote early - vote often.
