So much for Rat fiscal conservatism. The definition of a Rat fiscal conservative is one who's never met a tax that wasn't necessary or never encountered spending that wasn't critical. Governor Gray Davis and the Rats obese as they are simply can't control their weight problem. Taxes and spending to them are a force of nature and constitute a fact of life. And they won't hear of any one who thinks the key to gaining control over both is accepting that government must live within its means like the rest of society.
