Obviously you don't know this woman! She has more heart and soul than you can imagine, and is a community supporter of great depth. What the fed's should be fearing now is if she file's a counter suit, which has a good possibility! Where she works has taken the issue to heart too (in real life she's a really good real-estate agent at Rookstool-Moden REALTY Co.), Walt Moden, is running for county commisioner over it. Barbra IS the definition of a heavy-hitter!
Barbara will never go away. She, many of her friends and associates, and her attorney cannot be bought off. She's put a lot of time, effort, blood, sweat and tears into this cause. She is highly motivated, extremely ethical, thorough in her research and claims. She has done more for finding out the truth in this basin than any one else. She is straight forward and relentless in the pursuit of truth and what's right. Superwoman? Yeppers, that's her!
