Fight Terrorisms at USF
We desperately could use your help!
The Jewish president of the University of South Florida, Dr. Judy Genshaft, is under pressure to reinstate a known terrorist who she suspended after he appeared on Fox's Bill Oreilly show.
In 1995, after a suicide bombing operation carried out by Palestinian Islamic Jihad killed 21 Israeli soldiers, University of South Florida computer science professor Sami Al-Arian wrote a fund-raising letter in which he "call(s) upon you to try to extend true support to the jihad effort in Palestine so that operations such as these can continue." The Palestinian activist who now resides permanently in the U.S. has given incendiary speeches that trumpeted "Death to Israel, Death to Jews!"
He has used the USF campus, its assets and reputation to promote his political agenda and support terrorist organizations. He has collected funds for terrorists and sponsored conferences and speakers - one of whom - Ramadan Abdullah Shallah - turned up in Syria as the head of Islamic Jihad. We need to stand up to the misinformed pressure groups and support Dr. Genshaft's position. We have developed an internet petition that we hope you could circulate among your members in the hopes they will sign it, and forward it to their e-mail friends across the nation. We will then present the petition to both Dr. Genshaft and to Governor Jeb Bush in support of their decision to rid the campus of a known terrorist. In order to see the petition, go to:

Please use the above hotlink (or if AOL please cut and paste into your browser) to sign a petition of support for the firing of USF professor Sami Al-Arian. If his use of the phrase "Death to Israel" as a means of fundraising can be sheltered under free speech, it is quite chilling. I am sure that it would never be tolerated if Jews proclaimed "Death to Arabs".
Hate speech is not free speech! This man should not be receiving our tax dollars to teach 18 to 20 year olds!
Please sign and forward to as many of your friends as possible, they do not have to be Floridians to care about this! You do not have to be Jewish to care. USF President Judy Genshaft and Governor Jeb Bush need evidence of our support.
