If any one thing has changed Western views — and they have changed even in the US — it is Jenin.

It is worth to mention that Jenin has also been a turning point for many in the nations that fought the German Nazis. Much as I dislike and mistrust Arab News Service, they may be right about Sharon. The US News Media Has given Sharon a virtually free ride. They have not told or shown clips of Sharon's blowing up arab housing some years ago (pre suicide bombings) with 69 Palestinian civilians inside. They have not shown Sharon's troops escorting vengeful militia members to the Shatila and Sabrha Camps in Lebanon, then standing on the walls firing in, or Sharon's troops blocking Lebanese Government Police and military while the killing of 700 Palestinians went on.

Nor have our media reminded anybody that in order to facilitate weapons shipments from the US, Sharon gave his word that Israel would refrain from further settlements in Palestinian territory, yet he has simply ignored his pledge and has established 32 settlements since coming to office.

Sharon and Milosevic have a few things in common, unsubstantiated charges against them. The only mass graves found in the Balkins have been filled with Serb bodies, killed by terrorist muslims yet no charges have been leveled against the animal in charge of the Albanians over there.

I don't know that Milosevic wasn't a communist idiot, but war criminal? I don't see the evidence. Sharon is a great man willing to sacrifice himself for the nation he loves, he is Israel's George Patton. The airial veiws of Jenin do not support claims that the place has been leveled. A couple of hundren bodies, does not a massacre make, especially when the body count hasn't even reached 75 yet. And half of those had bomb belts on.
