"Taxes are usually a bad thing, and NASA could use some 'reforming', but, if this tax were enacted, and poles were taken of all tax victims, you would probably see the most affirmative response for this sci-fi/NASA tax." What have Polish people got to do with it?...Or are you recommending we beat them with 10-foot poles?

What a horrible idea. Pay a tax on books in order to support a bloated, inefficient, obstructive government agency.
