He could get life in prison or the death penalty. I dearly hope they give this waste of breath the death penalty.
How can someone kill their kids?

And the moral of this story is, um, er, "... don't mess with Texas?"

Have Katie Corkit, Rosie, and NOW heard of this? You KNOW they would want to set up a support fund for this scumbag.

Battaglia was previously convicted of assaulting two ex-wives. Women --- Do not date a man with such a record - do not sleep with him, do not marry him and DO NOT HAVE HIS CHILDREN. He has earned ostracization from civilized society by this time, not sympathy and a family to abuse.

Fry him.

How can someone kill their kids? Ask Andrea Yates. This guy will probably also use an insanity plea and end up safe and sound, provided for by taxpayers.
