No, Vatican II was an Infallible Ecumenical Council. As a soi disant "traditionalist," you SHOULD know that each Ecumencial Council is infallible by its nature. I mean, what do you folks call it when all the Bishops gather together in union with the Pope to take decisions and teach?
No, an Infallible Ecumenical Council is not equivalent to a secular rock concert held in a field in New York.

You could get a pastoral council whose documents are merely advisory and do not bear the weight of infallible pronouncenments, and hence are not protected by the Holy Ghost from error. This is what Vatican II was.
Worse still, you could get a 'robber council' like Ephesus.
