I'm curious about ZOT and Viking Kitties.
Read and study
Ping for later review without having to search for it. Also, still trying to figure out where the Viking Kitty stuff came from.

Hi RS,
A possible addition to common FR abbreviations might be "SCOFLA", the Supreme Court of Florida who tried to circumvent State legislators to get Gore elected in 2000 and were smacked down by the SCOTUS.
What is with "pancake on a bunny head" or something like that. I have picked up on ever other piece of slang or funny phrase just by reading certain topics or posts, but this turn-of-phrase just baffles me.
The pictures are funny as hell but I am clueless about its origin.
Uh, no. It's "ALL YOUR BASE ARE BELONG TO US"...
The bunny pic comes from a website of a guy in Japan. He discovered his rabbit had an uncanny ability to balance objects on its head, and took many photos of the rabbit posing with various foreign objects perched on it's head and posted them to his web site. Somebody stumbled upon the pic, and thought it was so funny that they began passing around the URL of the pancake/rabbit pic, and the rest is history. For the record, the rabbit's name was "Oolong," and appears to be a Dutch breed, and Oolong went to the happy no-hunting grounds a few years ago after a long (by rabbit standards) life with his master in Japan.
"And now you know the rest of the story...."
You can find out more about how the story first "broke" (and more pics), at http://www.syberpunk.com/cgi-bin/index.pl?page=oolong.
bump for later
Thank you, I am new at FR and will be grateful for any help.
Here's one that seems unique to FreeRepublic. At least, it's not in any standard dictionary I've seen:
Subject - a person who isn't allowed by their government to own a gun for self-defence
Some folk do fixate on a thing and hold with a bulldog grip (to turn a phrase)...
Need an entry for "The Coven"
Hey Risky, are you still around here? If so I just happened on this thread you posted and I want to bookmark it but I have looked everywhere and can't find the bookmark button. Was this thread created before Jim Rob put that feature on? On all the other threads it is at the bottom of the article under where it says Topics and Keywords. Any suggestions? Spunky
Ping
The bookmark button is there. However, if you want to bookmark an older thread that doesn't have the bookmark button:
There may be another way to do this, but this is what works for me.
