It's the Hispanics he is concerned about. He threw in the remark about women and blacks just to make it look like he was concerned about them, too.

He has done more damage to our school by insisting that we accept 20 (almost 21) year olds into day school in the ESL program.

Then they don't go to class, cut school entirely and then drop out again.

These kids also get free lunches, generally collect some sort of public assistance (housing, etc). They also deal in drugs--but let's close our eyes to that.

Maybe the artist should included a scene of drug dealers on a ghetto street corner.
