Mon May 6,12:34 PM ET
TIRANA, Albania - Two men's attempt to kidnap a young woman to sell her as a prostitute sparked a killing spree that left four people dead including one of the perpetrators, police said Monday.
The men, Alfred Shoni, 21, and Klajdi Prifti, 18, allegedly tried to kidnap an 18-year-old woman early Monday from her home in Divjaka, 45 kilometers (28 miles) south of Tirana. After a fierce argument with the woman's parents, the two men shot the parents to death, police said. The young woman was shot in the leg and was being treated in a hospital.
Police said the two then killed another man and stole his van to leave town. Shoni later fatally shot his accomplice and threw the body on the side of the road near the town of Kavaja, 30 kilometers (18 miles) southwest of Tirana, police said.
Shoni, being chased by police, then smashed the van into a wall, suffering serious injuries. He was hospitalized under police surveillance.
Prime Minister Pandeli Majko released a statement in reaction to the killing spree, calling it "a terrible incident." Majko also said that "trafficking of human beings is a serious problem of the Albanian community," adding that authorities would use all its resources to fight it.

There you have it. Straight from the horse's mouth.
As a matter of fact I do. Albanians are being used in their traditional role as enforcers by the new power brokers. EU/NATO=Neo feudalism in the Balkans.
