[history]
Members of the Moxley and Skakel families will enter the courthouse here this morning on their respective quests for justice in a murder mystery more than a quarter-century old.
No one will walk away unscathed.
Scores of cameras will be trained on them, as if they were celebrities entering the Academy Awards.
The production that unfolds inside will be far from seamless.

Ethel Kennedy's task at this trial is to send a message to the jury, which is...."We gave so much...still we suffer. Are you going to add to our suffering?" She can accomplish this by her very presence in the court room. This tried and true method of helping Kennedy relatives escape the consequences of their actions may not work this time. I think the William K. Smith fiasco turned a lot of people off.

No one will walk away unscathed.Well, I'd be willing to bet that Skakel will walk away free.

Local opinion here in Greenwich is probably 80-90% that Michael Skakel killed Martha Moxley with 60-40 odds that the bastard gets off because he's a Kennedscum.
