There also are political reasons for returning the cash. The cyber charters in PA have been under fire from the teachers unions and factions of the education establishment as teaching jobs are at stake in the long run of public cyber education. One of the larger cyber charters, Einstein or some such name, caused quite a brouhaha over mismanaged money and left many families disillusioned. Many of the school districts are collectively sueing and/or starting their own cyber charter. By returning the money the susq cyber is smoothing ruffled feathers and building foot bridges to the districts.

Like the PLO, our political Leftists don't respect honesty or generousity. They only respect power.
The school should return the money, because that's part of their agreement. To expect the Leftists to somehow be appeased becasue of that, however, is to deny reality. It will only embolden them.
