Where is the context? WHAT PROPORTION of all public school teachers have been arrested for child sexual abuse, as compared to Catholic priests? The press is gleefully reporting the proportion of Catholic priests apparently involved in such reprehensible activities. Is it avoiding the proportion of public school teachers BECAUSE IT IS HIGHER, meaning a greater risk to children?
Likewise, although the lamestream media regularly condemn the policy of the Boy Scouts to exclude homosexual adult leaders, it has never reported the percentage of Scoutmasters who are engaged in sexual child abuce. Is it avoiding the proportion of Scout leaders BECAUSE IT IS LOWER, showing that the Scout policy of protecting the boys is exactly right?
Remember the story some years ago of a fisherman on a boat who was killed by a falling cow? The cow had been pushed out of a plane. The point is, where is the context? "Fisherman Killed by Falling Cow," that's an interesting story precisely because it has never happened before. "Man Killed by Speeding Automobile," is an important story, because it happens hundreds of times a year. It will happen again. To some extent, it is preventable.
Well, dammit, sexual abuse of children by public school teachers also happens hundreds of times a year. This is not a single, criminal instance. It is part of a pattern of behavior. Reporters! Editors! Report the pattern -- what proportion? How often? How much risk to children?
Once the people have the facts, THEY will decide what is necessary to solve the problem in the public schools. One answer is to kick the National "Edukashun" Association out of the nation's schools. But we can't have that, now can we? So, I guess we can't be trusted with the facts that might lead to that result.

What was it? Intergenerational sexual relations?
SEXUAL DEVIANTS rarely rehabilitate. I say kill them, but society won't, so they ought to at least put them away where they won't be able to prey on kids again.
