To: Jakarta ex-pat
The destruction of 70% of the natural world in 30 years, mass extinction of species, and the collapse of human society in many countries is forecast in a bleak report by 1,100 scientists published yesterday.

So I guess the environmental movement has been a failure.

This time period coincides with the rise of radical environmentalism. It looks as though they are making things worse.

Is it possible that nature works best when humans don't try and manipulate it?
