Crowd gathers for Levy memorial

Published 9:03 a.m. PDT [Updated 12:10 p.m. May 28] MODESTO -- Hours after learning that Chandra Levy was murdered, Robert and Susan Levy tried to focus on the positive at a memorial service celebrating their daughter's short life.

In Washington, medical examiner Jonathan L. Arden told reporters that the death had been classified as a homicide but the cause of death could not be determined.

I watched CNN for a considerable amount of time during the run up to the actual ceremony for chandra.

I don't know who the reporter was who was speaking but he was gentle, considerate, and loving toward the family and their pain. I kept double checking to be sure it was CNN. Rather amazing.

Rest in Peace Chandra. Prayers for all who loved this young woman.
