No, I am not excusing either of the two involved in this mess. Just look upon me as an impartial observer of this event. I see a lot of things going on in this country, and I can only shake my head over much of it.

Attorneys for Drs. Mukesh Shah and Ann Lule have asked a judge to dismiss those charges, claiming there is insufficient evidence. INSUFFICIENT EVIDENCE??????????????????
