It should largely be a war against the terrorist culture, not just the terrorists themselves. One way to address that is by evangelism and re-education, but a more immediate way of doing that is by removing the individuals infected by that culture. Distressing, yes, but a viable option, in my opinion.

It is just amazing to see Arafat still causing trouble after all those years. Why can't he just have an "accident"? Once the PLO leadership is eliminated, perhaps there is hope for the Palestinian people. Especially if they are free to voice their dissenting opinions without being punished or executed on the spot as "collaborators".
