However, if one is gaining campaign support with a TV character, I suppose it's prudent to want to increase your constituent base by allowing even more murderers, thieves and liars to participate. If this element of society should be allowed to vote, I hope they are able to get away from the crack pipe, and the syringes long enough to cast their ballot. Also, lets not forget, their dual votes may or may not get counted, and the same goes for their dangling chads.

If I remember the last election correctly the Demoncrats have a rather large (if illegal) Con constituency in Florida already.
