Yep. Those terrorist come over here to the US and go to our gun shows then board a plane back to their homeland and commit acts of terror. Give me a break. They can get a fully auto AK47 for $50 or so at home. They're going to come here so they can get a semi-auto for $500 or so? Not to mention there's probably more BATF and FBI at gun shows than there are actual buyers and sellers. What a nice place for would be terrorists to obtain their weapons. Right.

To preface this, I don't think there should be background checks, and I think all existing gun laws should be repealed.
That being said, as you might remember, there was a case in Michigan a few years ago in which some guys from Libya were buying guns at a gun show and shipping them back home. It *does* happen, but it's not a big deal, as far as I'm concerned. It's not like they are buying nuclear weapons at gun shows. If a Libyan (?) or an Iraqi or whoever wants to buy a gun, great. Puts money in US pockets.
