Unfortunately given the make-up of the district, this seat will probably stay Dem. With that said, I'm very happy that the House will have atleast one less Hezbollah-lover.
But 1) they will have to work harder to do so, and 2) it is another kick in the shins for Al Sharpton.
I can't say I am very familiar with either of these guys, but I have to guess that Sharpton was backing the more liberal of the two.
And besides, if voters have unrest with Democrat incumbents, that is a very good thing.
