The truth is(told by one on the parole board) that they had DOUBT if they SHOULD let him out. Well, they should have listened to that DOUBT and left him in jail. And, YES the prison system would work if IDIOTS would stop feeling sorry for KNOWN criminals.

You DON'T attempt to kill someone unless you INTEND on killing them. That should have given someone a clue. Attempted murder gets ten years? The guy has spent most of thirty years in prison and he is allowed to roam the streets with innocent people? WHY?!

It is scary to read some who are trying to humanize Ricci. He is no choir boy. He attempted to kill a police officer. He is capable of anything.
