What I see here is a vivid illustration of the fruits of immorality. A few do wrong, and the price is paid by all of us, in the form of more laws and more regulation.

But I must give the President credit. His approach seems to be to use the Bully Pulpit to appeal to the honor of the people, and then to take measured and modest legal means to address the problem.
