Man dies on same day rape charges against him are dismissed

WORCESTER, Mass. (AP) - A man exonerated of rape by DNA tests died on the same day the charges against him were dismissed, his lawyer said.

An autopsy was being performed to determine why 34-year-old Clinton F. Healy Jr. died Tuesday at a Worcester hospital, said his lawyer, Michael S. Hussey.

my prayers go out to this man's family...

to be accused of a crime as violent as rape and to know that you are innocent must be brutal on the soul..

A lawsuit still won't bring this guy back to life and will probably end up by enriching a number of lawyers.
