Figures he needs more support. So he is now reaching for the looney left.

Let's see, how many fillings has this guy won ... I think zero.

I think I will ask them to sue Greenspan. After all, he is responsible for significant losses in the market. Remeber this ... give 'em power, they will use it. Green$hit is a testament to this. The only guy on the planet who thought doubling the oil price was not going to hurt the economy.

You are right. The "iron fist" comment was out of place, by the way.

The floodtide of propaganda aimed at sweeping this administration into the sea, replacing it with a Clinton II administration (something I do not believe our nation could survive in tact) managed to get me angry enough to make that statement.

Apologies.

I just read the 40+ page complaint which is on JW's website. There are two sets of Plaintiffs -- Stephen F. Stephens from Indiana and Lyle and Deanna Lionbarger from New Mexico. You have to get to paragraphs 102, 105 before they even mention what the Plaintiffs' claims are.

Stephens bought 500 shares of Halliburton stock on November 15, 2002 [??? is Miss Cleo his broker?] for $21.11 a share for a total cost of $10,685. The Lionbargers bought 100 shares for $12.22 on January 24, 2002 for a total costs of $1,222. [Halliburton stock is currently trading for about $14.00 a share.] They are each seeking $200,000 in puniive damages. They claim that Texas law applies.

They don't claim that they sold the stock for a lose, and of course the Lionbargers have a gain. I don't know how you can sue for your loses when you have a gain. Be interesting to see if they bought through a broker and if so what he has to say about this "fraud."

And anyone who criticizes Bush from the right is allied with communists. Gotcha. Get out the iron hand, comrade.

Klayman is not criticizing President Bush from the right. He is criticizing VP Cheney.

And he is allied with the leftists of the world in doing so....as is obvious by the fact of his jump into news prominence with this latest "lawsuit" and prior information of his alliance with the likes of the Sierra Club!!!

You and anyone, including Klayman, have the perfect right to criticize the President and the Vice President.

But when you attack President Bush and Vice President Cheney - and Klayman's lawsuit is just that - AN ATTACK - you are allying yourselves with the destroyers. It's as simple as that. Klayman is a useful idiot in that regard....as the world's communists designated those who did their dirty work for them.

Perhaps there is nothing that will stop the leftists from trashing the President and Vice President until they are dust. That would make Klayman happy. That would make the world's globalsocialists happy. That would make the environazi's happy. That would make Hillary's hellions happy. That would make Daschle and McCain ecstatic. That would make the NY Times, ABCCBSNBCCNN, the Washington Post, the LA Times deliriously happy. And that would make you happy, right?

And, that would make the world's terrorists happy; the Euroweenies happy; and all the old commies everywhere happy. It would also delight the academic elitists who trash America every day, it would rejoice the hearts of organized crime bosses everywhere, and would thrill the "entertainment darlings such as Barbara Streisand and Alex Baldwin, now wouldn't it?

Anybody who is doing anything to delight such groups is, to me, allied with those who are my enemy and risk being tarnished (maybe not damned to hell, though that could happen since Satan's wiles are quite beguiling) - to put it lightly.

Even though the case is filed in Dallas, JW's Dallas office is not involved. Of course, there are only two people in the Dallas office --Russ Verney of Ross Perot fame (Russ is not a lawyer) and a clerical person.

Larry Klayman is not the attorney in charge for Plaintiffs. He is listed as "Of Counsel." The attorney in charge is James Marshall out of JW's San Marino, California office.

ROTFLMCO! If this doesn't tell the "conservatives" who are still dumb enough to be supporting this sleeze that they've been taken and taken good, then nothing will get through to them. When the mainstream media is suddenly on your side, it tells you just how corrupt and backed by the liberal elite Klayman has become.

Didn't you have a Ladies' Guild to do investigating? Maybe it's time you started that back up.

Found a reference to a Lyle Lionbarger in Las Cruces. He was called as a Baptist Youth minister in 1976 to First Baptist. Continuing to search, although that name is so odd I think it MUST be the guy.

No Stephen F. Stephens in the Indianapolis phone directory. Search results on that name are pretty big, I will have to think of a way to winnow it down.

I sure don't envy these people once their names become known and they inevitably have to field questions from their friends, family, and acquaintances about just what do they think that they are doing.

No, not necessarily as they list it as F. down in the motion but in the title it's S.
