DW's attny is a member of norml, which advocates the legalization of marijuana. The point was to notice that while denise gets slammed for this...no one has slammed feldman..

Kim, I know people who are very conservative and believe that pot should be legalized and regulated...much like tobacco and alcohol are/aren't. (aren't is the problem) Maybe you should start another thread and discuss it there.

Difference:
He represents a group that wants it LEGALIZED ... She doesn't care if it's ILLEGAL or not.
One follows the law ... the other doesn't.
The common denominator of "pot" means nothing. His involvement in ANOTHER CASE has NOTHING to do with this one.

Was he smoking it? There was a referendum a few years ago about legalizing pot for medicinal purposes. It passed and then the gubmint stepped it. Maybe those are the people he's working for, the cancer patients that would like to use pot. Ever think of that? GO SCREAM AT THEM tell them they can't use anything like that to aleviate the side effects of chemo. All heart.

It's not relevant, IMO, if Feldman is the biggest pothead in San Diego County, as long as he's a good defense attorney. And by all accounts, his peers consider him one of the best.
Denise on the other hand, is responsible for making split second decisions, in an air emergency, that the lives of her passengers may well depend upon.
Seems to me that there is a chasm of difference sparating the two. JMO
