The boys should be locked up for what they did to this girl, but I do have a question. What is the legal age of consent here? I know the girl was raped, but if she does not press charges, is there an actual case? I ma not trying to get flamed here, just curious.

If she was drugged, I doubt she could consent.

The article states she "did not report the rape." That has nothing to do with "pressing charges." Many rapes go unreported but that does not stop them from being offenses needing adjudication.
