Gotta be carefull making comparisons like this. Would not be out of line as Texas has the second largest population. Not exactly fair to compare Texas and Rhode Island or Idaho.

Quite right, but I expected California (#1) and New York (#2) from not only the large population but the number of people who would move there to partake of that lifestyle. I would think that a Gay Texan would move to a state that was more accepting of that lifestyle, thus lessening the Gay population there.
