Back when I was doing auto body work we used to have this stuff called "Aircraft Grade Paint Stripper". It looked pretty much like snot, and you held your breath and smeared it on with a brush held at arm's length. One good whiff would eat the hairs out of your nostrils.

I like it. Fill up a swimming pool with the stuff and make them swim across. After that they get coated in lye followed with a shower of salt water. Clean!
