Good grief.

They attempt to use our institutions to destroy us, just as they used our planes to destroy the World Trade Center. They should be treated as we would those hijackers of the planes, had they survived.

Larry Klayman has joined the suit. Press release later.

His parents must be so proud. My Son: the scumbag POS Jewish attorney for the scumbag POS Ragheads.
This should be a not so subtle reminder regarding our stand re: the ICC.

BUMP
Stanley Cohen is some creep to keep your eyes on. This commie lawyer is completely twisted and is always defending sewer rats. He was in the news a few months ago defending the rights of all the terrorists that were "illegally" rounded up after 9-11 and wanting them released on "civil rights" violations. How come only the good have to die young??

Good one, Sabertooth.

They should be treated as we would those hijackers of the planes, had they survived. Uh, that really depends whether you mean we as in the United States or we as in Freepers. Consistent with the US justice system we as a nation would have shown far too much respect. I think among Freepers, however, there would be an appropriate consensus...

As a butcher, I prefer to avoid using diseased hogs even for school lunch program hotdogs or meat by products in pet food.
This guy is too far gone even for the rendering plant. with a little luck though, he might butcher himself by going too far.

I can't imagine that many of these accusations are actionable by a private party, or took place inside of US jurisdiction. But who knows?
To: ThePythonicCow
They are killing us from within. If our elected officials and government agencies don't get out of their PC attitudes and acquiesce, we will be overrun before we know it. They have already infiltrated deeper inside this Nation (and probably government agencies) than we know. But let's not offend them, let's not identify the enemy, let's not call acts-of-those-acting-alone-who-trained-with-alQaed as terrorists. Maybe we are the new French--why bother to fight it when you can just surrender and avoid further conflict?

To support terrorism is a crime. Arrest the morons when they show up in court, toss them in the slammer and toss the key the other way. End of suit.
To: ThePythonicCow
Expect descendants of Pancho Villa to call for a press conference from Counselor Cohen's office soon.

The suit, aimed at Israeli leaders whom it alleges committed "war crimes," is led by New York-based lawyer Stanley Cohen, an attorney for members of the terrorist group Hamas and other radical causes.Tom Guy: They are killing us from within. That's it. Either we are emasculated or we fight back.

------> This Cohen is lower than whale s**t. If this is really a serious effort then I would say some foreign entity has given Stanley a big retainer. Easy to deposit funds for him in Lichtenstein or Cayman Islands in the account of some company he owns.

Cohen has been the Hamas lawyer in the US for quite some time. A few months ago, I saw an interview with him (I think it was on Fox) with a Hamas leader, done while Cohen was in the West Bank.
Cohen should know, if this suit gets that far, that all those terrorists he's representing can be deposed and their records subpoenaed.
Personally, I'd like to see all of the plaintiffs named in the suit have their naturalized citizenship revoked or their green cards pulled and sent back to where they came from--and they can put Cohen on that plane as well.
