You know, this whole deal just frosts me! If I said what I really wanted to, I'm sure I'd get bounced off FR for awhile.
I don't get it. I don't understand why liberal judges refuse to see what's happening to our country - unless they just don't give a ____ . (In which case they should be impeached!)
Maybe it's about time the citizens of this country got their heads out and did something about it? (/sarcasm ;-)
Stay safe! You never know, with all those ME's running loose down there!

I thought all Saudi Arabians in this country had diplomatic immunity and were therefore immune to any of our laws. What's the big fuss about?

Saudi Fix is in. Just like the case of the Princess and who knows, how many others we don't know about.
Not to mention the plane loaded with relatives of binladin that took off from Logan on Sept12 2001, without being questioned.

It sounds like a lot of people may have dropped the ball (or received some gratuities). It seems the police, the DA and the judge had a little help. Yes, the DA should have said something along the lines of 'flight risk'. But I would assume the judge should have enough intelligence to know a wealthy foreigner from a country with no extradition agreement just might be a flight risk.

I should have read all the posts before posting. You said it better than I did.

I don't know about SUV's, but it might be a valid reason for developing some alternative sources, and opening some more oil fields in the US - and perhaps making Mexico pay for the upkeep of their citizens in this country with oil.
But as someone has said, the Saudi's are our friends, our President has told us so.

Looks like the judges down there are on the take. It must be very frustrating for you, MFH, since you blew the whistle months ago, and still these creeps are raping Florida children and getting away with it.

Thanks for the post. Michael Savage, an otherwise smart radio host out of San Francisco, should read this article. He has such an idealized image of mainstream Muslim men and believes that only the extremists are the purps...

I apologise for saying what everyone else is saying, but:
THIS SMELLS TO HIGH HEAVEN!!!!
It's normal for passports to be seized, yet his weasn't, for some reason unfathomable by me? Why wasn't his passport seized? There something else there that we aren't supposed to see? Someone or something they wanted rid of in a hurry?....
Keep your head low there. Be careful. Laters -Darksheare

A bump for these articles. Time to do some heavy-duty profiling in Marco Island, and a few other places in Florida?

Remember 2 of the hijackers lived and trained out of Ft.Myers. Just up the road a bit from Marco.

I'm still waiting for the roundup to begin in Florida. I thought when Bill O'Reilly exposed that anti-American Arab professor, that things would start popping down there.

Time to check out the Jail 4 Judges Initiative for each state:
http://www.jail4judges.org/:
"J.A.I.L. is a proposed amendment to the Florida Constitution that will be a check against judicial misconduct and abuse of power.
J.A.I.L. creates two statewide Special Grand Juries in Florida for the sole purpose of investigating complaints against judges.
The Special Grand Juries will have the power to sanction judges by levying fines and forfeitures against them, and for third-time offenses, removing them from the bench.
The Special Grand Juries will also have the power to indict judges and subject them to criminal proceedings before special trial juries who may sentence as well as convict the offending judge.
READ / PRINT THE FLORIDA J.A.I.L. INITIATIVE
When J.A.I.L. becomes law, corrupt judges will:
» Be subject to civil suit!
» Be subject to removal from the bench!
» Be subject to criminal prosecution!
» Be subject to serve time in prison!"
