Maybe he was scared thinking the killer was still around. Maybe he didn't know it was a dump job & the killer could still be in the area.

Yeah he was just freaked when he stumbled onto her body. He said something about a truck up the road and he was scared of who was in it maybe ?

He explained he had a small child and apologized for losing his composure when he saw her body.

IMHO no one knows how they will react to such a horrific sight as a child , dead and tossed aside the road like trash.....

I felt sorry for the guy myself.........
