If the Chinese don't play nice they can be disconnected from the internnet at will.

Router tables of Chinese IPs can be purged. Then there's always the direct way. Simply disconnect the cable/satellite access points.

So if they really do attack, it won't last long and they'll find themselves out in the dark.
