I just don't like the 'bandwagon' fans...
that's why I think the Tar Holes have so many, because it was ASSUMED they'd win for so long.

I might add that the loudmouth, smack-talking, and yes, arrogant UNC fans in my office have been raaather 'subdued' the last couple seasons.

The electronic system has been in the works for nearly a decade, but Sept. 11 brought a new push to get the system up and running. The INS has to certify schools to use the database. An estimated 70,000 institutions issue visas to foreign students.

Have had it for a decade and just now putting it into use.. How interesting.

Given how difficult it is for even good US students to get into good colleges, and given how difficult it's been for new grads to find good jobs (too much competition from foreign students getting green cards), I think it's time to *end* the student visa program for a time.
