When I was looking at various churches for awhile (in my own journey from Catholicism to more Bible-based Christianity), I distinctly remember avoiding the Episcopal Church due to its wishy-washy, watered-down theology and its stunningly spineless liberalism.

Although I agree with you on the sad state of the Episcopal Church, you must not have done your homework on "Bible-based Christianity" if you rejected the Catholic Church. Just curious - do you belong to a Church that teaches that the Eucharist is the Body and Blood of Christ?
