You've got to be kidding. There's no First Amendment right to graffiti the inside of someone's home. How would you like it if I stomped in your home and wrote "Jesus is Dead - Allah is Great" on a calendar inside your house?

So you're stating here for the record that the First Amendment protects a government official when he commits vandalism while on the job?

That's a new one on me, and surely not something I think you'll find commented upon in the Federalist Papers.

First amendment rights are curtailed in employment contracts. For example, police are not permitted to curse at someone during an arrest. If they do they will be punnished. But in this case, the sanction is driven by the PC agenda and is thus immoral.
